I think like most librarians I'm pretty eclectic with what I'm involved with and interested in.
In no particular order, I'm interested in: information literacy, reference and instructional services, equity, accessibility, experiential learning, online learning, government information, growth mindset, metaliteracy, the connection between the research and writing processes, popular culture.
Currently, I'm especially interested in learning more about how to promote/to facilitate equity and accessibility via our instructional and reference materials. I'm always excited about pursuing any of my interest areas, though.
As LS 102 Coordinator and FDLP Coordinator, I've been fortunate enough to have varied experiences and roles both within the library and other campus groups. I don't know if I'm experienced enough to be a "mentor," but I'm always happy to listen and to discuss what you're interested in to see if I can assist.
