As libraries closed across the country, interlibrary loan became a challenge for practitioners and a lifeline for researchers. At this forum librarians and staffers from ILL units across the state will share how we kept our services running during the pandemic closure. Topics include adapting to digital delivery, processing from home, communicating service changes to patrons and to other libraries, managing the reopening, and recommendations for the future.
