Anna Tapia MacDonald received her BA in Art History from Louisiana State University and her MLS from Texas Woman’s University. She is currently the Head of Information Literacy, Library Instruction, & Reference at Eugene P. Watson Memorial Library – Northwestern State University. Her library experience includes two years as the Head of the Serials-Media Department at Watson Library, nine years as the Library Associate and manager of the Leesville/Fort Polk branch campus library, and one year working in the Serials Department at Louisiana State University.
Additionally, she worked at the New Orleans Museum of Art and the Saint Louis Art Museum where she trained in exhibit installation and special materials handling and preservation.
